Hot Rod Circuit is reuniting for Krazy Fest, and folks are acting like it ain't no big thing. Those folks are dicks. HRC was a top-notch pop-punk/emo act that blended elements of Get Up Kids, Superchunk and Tom Petty. GET STOKED ON IT.
