regarding new Trent Reznor jams.

I'll always regret not hitting up one of Nine Inch Nails' farewell shows, but it looks like Trent Reznor is already leaping back into music with How to Destroy Angels, his collaboration with wife/West Indian Girl frontwoman Mariqueen Maandig. They've got a new song, "A Drowning," streaming on Pitchfork, of all places.

Musically, it's reminiscent of late period NIN - think of the quieter songs on Year Zero like "In This Twilight" or "Zero-Sum" - except with Maandig on lead vox. It's a bit long at seven minutes, but the song eventually goes somewhere cool by the end. Overall, it's not great, but I'm still interested to hear more.
